run some functions once, not load Kerish at boot

I would like to clean JUNK, or Error when I want to. Not have to accept (check Yes) loading Kerish at every boot just to get any function to work. That explained why I have had this installed since 2015 and never actually used it. I just want something that runs when I want it to, not another resident service. I understand there are some functions that will need to be loaded at boot to be effective. But surely not every function.
